Third-party providers that process data to run Recco.

Infrastructure

Biznet Gio (Indonesia) — application servers and database.

iDrive e2 (Singapore region) — storage for videos, photos and encrypted backups.

Backblaze B2 — second copy of videos that are evidence in an open claim or active link.

Xendit (Indonesia) — QRIS, virtual account, e-wallet and card payments. Recco receives payment status, not card or bank details.

Zoho (ZeptoMail / Zoho Mail) — transactional email (verification, invoices, notifications) and support email.

Telegram — internal operational alerts for the Recco team (business name and event summary; no videos).

Changes to this list are announced at least 14 days in advance on this page and in the console.
