Refund Policy

When payments can be refunded.

Trial

The 14-day trial is free and needs no card, so nothing is charged until you choose a plan.

Monthly subscriptions

Cancel anytime; the subscription runs to the end of the paid period. Monthly payments are not refunded, unless the service was unusable through our fault for more than 72 consecutive hours in that period.

Yearly subscriptions

Full refund if cancelled within 14 days of the first yearly payment. After that there is no refund; the subscription runs to the end of the paid year.

Upgrades and overage

Mid-period upgrade charges are prorated and not refunded. Overage charges are based on actual usage and are not refunded unless shown to be miscalculated.

How to request

Email albertwirawan@recco.my.id with the invoice number. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible, or by bank transfer; gateway fees the provider does not return may be deducted.
